Fun Weekend!

Last Wednesday Samantha, Brady, and I had Joe drop us off at my parents house for the weekend. We had so much fun! We went to Ashley's bridal shower, visited family, played in the pool, and went to the zoo. Brady loved all of the animals!

Daddy Duty

Joe has been having lots of duty lately. I don't really know what he does when he is on duty but it's not fun! Today he had to work all day and then he has duty from 4-midnight. We will get to see Joe tomorrow when he drives Samantha, Poco, Brady, and I to meet up with my dad in Seattle. Joe has to work this weekend so he will pick us up on Sunday. I am excited to go to Ashley's bridal shower (I already got her some awesome gifts he he) and then to the zoo on Sat. Fun weekend ahead!

Just the two of us!

When daddy is working all day and gone on duty weekends (don't ask me what duty means because I have no clue) It is just Brady and I here for hours and hours! It is hard to fill that time when Joe takes the car everyday to work. I think I finally have a good routine going on now. We try to do other fun things like walks and playing at the park by our house. Brady loves story time and also bath time. He is always smiling and laughing at us. He especially loves his puppy Max. We are so blessed to have such a well behaved baby. These last 7 months (wow I can't believe he is 7 months old now!) have been unbelievable! Joe and I are so happy he has chosen us to be his mommy and daddy! We love our Brady Bear!

Happy 24th Birthday Joe!
Today Joe turned 24! We celebrated by eating Chinese food and meeting up with Josh and Sam for spider man ice cream cake!

I took this pic just to show you all how tall he is. 12 month pants are getting a little short (he is 7 months old tomorrow)Joe has Brady addicted to video games now...Most of you know how I feel about video games. GRR

Joe Brady, Max, and I went to a drive-inn movie theater last night to see the new Ice Age. Brady loved the big screen and the go carts that they had too!

Fun in the Sun!

Joe, Brady, and I went into the Air station where Joe works. We had to get our Health care insurance figured out. I decided to take pictures of the really cool planes that were right there. I have never been so close to planes taking off and landing.

Our 4 day weekend...

Joe and I are finally home from a fun and long weekend at our parents houses. Joe and I invited our friends Josh and Sam to come along. We had a yummy BBQ at my parents house Friday night then headed over to Joe's parents house to spend the night. We had to leave Max at my parents house because Max wants to eat our friends and their little dog Paco. So the Next day (sat) we went shopping at the South Center Mall. Later that night we had a BBQ with Joe's parents, my parents, Josh, Sam, Ben, Casey, and the kids (We really wished Molly was there, but she was at her dads). That night we went to Clelebration Park for the 4Th of July fireworks. Joe, Brady, and Josh went home early because they needed to go to bed, Brady would have freaked out if he was outside with the loud fireworks. So my friend Beth, Sam, and I watched the amazing show on our blanket. Joe's parents, Ben, and William stayed and watched with us also. William was so funny! He was running, jumping, and rolling around waiting for the show to begin. The only downside to our night was that poor William and I got some chunks of fireworks in our eyes! Over all it was a good night! Sunday we said goodbye to our friends Josh and Sam and spent the day laying around at my parents. We also went on a nice walk with my parents. Now we are happy to be home for a couple weeks! Here are some pictures of our walk. I am so mad that I didn't get any other pictures of this weekend. I just figured out today that I actually did bring my camera!
Brady was so cute, he fell asleep right after we started walking.

Bath time with dad

I really love these Willow Tree collectibles. My mom just gave me the one that has Dad, Mom, and baby(our gift). They are just so adorable and meaningful at the same time. Joe's mom gave Joe the new Dad one. I know that there are so many people that also collect these and I know they are kinda pricey but I really like them! I am trying to find cheaper ones online. If anyone else collects them and knows of any deals let me know! Here are some more that I think are cute!
