Fun In The Sun!

Belly shot! 17 weeks and 2 days!

Today I went to Lake Tapps with my friend Chelsi. It was really nice to just relax, tan, and take some pictures!
I will take this opportunity to fill you in with what Joe has been up to. Joe has been running and starving himself to be able to test for the Navy. Today he finally got down to weight! He has lost 30-40 pounds (I lost track). So he is in Seattle taking a test to see what job he will be getting. Joe will be back home tomorrow night after he takes a physical and other tests the Navy will need him to do. I just hope he will be able to be back from basic training in time to see his baby born! Wish us luck! I can't believe we are a Navy family!

Book of Mormon Made Easier

Mom (Johnson) gave me The book of Mormon made easier the other day and I am hooked to it! After each verse it describes what the meaning is to help you understand every park of the Book of Mormon. I guess Ashley (my sis-in-law) is reading it also and really liked it. I would advise all of you to buy this copy and read it. It really does help you understand all of the true meanings and symbols of the scriptures. I plan on reading this book to our children when they are a little older to help them understand the scriptures. It really is a great book to read!

Vacation to Idaho

I went to Idaho with my mom and dad last week. It was really great to see my family on both sides. I felt like I mostly just sat around in the sun. We got to go to West yellowstone for the 4th of July. I will post pictures when I get them in the computer. Idaho was overall a great vacation! The downside of my week was when my dad thought he was having a heartattack in Ellensberg. I called 911 and rushed him to the ER. I have never been so scared in my life! He is fine and it was just a false alarm. Now I am back to normal life. I have been watching Molly, William, and Henry for Ben and Casey. They sure are fun kids to be around!

There is no new baby updates. We will find out what the sex is forsure in 2 weeks. I just don't trust that the lady knew He is a boy that early. So we will be excited when we find out!

Baby update!

I went to the Dr yesterday and they did an ultrasound to do some tests. The little guy wouldn't get in the right position so I got to watch him for an hour...Oh and the reason I say him is because the nurse showed me that he is a Boy! the ultrasound was so clear when she was doing it. I got to see him suck his fingers, swallow, and kick! I was so amazed with how much he can move! I am still holding on to the chance that he might be a she, we will find out forsure when I am 18 weeks. Of course I will still be happy with a little boy too! Joe was excited when I told him that the nurse said he was a boy. I still don't really feel pregnant yet except for the head aches. It feels great to be able to eat and not get sick!
