I went to the Dr. today with my mom and Brooke. The Dr. did an ultrasound and I got to hear the heartbeat for the first time. Joe is really sad he missed hearing the baby! The baby is only an inch long! It sure is special listening to your little babies heart beating away!

That was such an awesome experience! I'm glad that I was able to be there for you. I didn't know that was the first time you had heard the babies heartbeat. It sounded so "girly!" Haha
That's really neat! My doc does an ultrasound at 8/9 weeks but I don't usually get to hear the heartbeat until 12 weeks. Is it nice to be back home?
