Our Utah/Idaho Vacation!

We had such a blast on our family reunion/ vacation!

Sunday August 1st: Drove to Nampa Idaho. Stayed in the Hampton Inn. Had fun playing in the pool.

Monday August 2nd: Drove to Kaysville Ut. visited with my friend Brooke and her kids for about an hour then drove to Saratoga Springs (about an hour away) where Lance and Mandi live (where the reunion took place). We spent the night visiting with family.

Tuesday August 3rd: Connor and I went to Kaysville to see Brooke again. We went to Boondocks Fun Center. We met up with her mom, sister Brittany, her husband Cody, and their cute baby Evie. Brooke is like a sister to me. I really wish we lived closer. We have so much fun together! Joe and Brady went to Thanksgiving Point to see the dinosaur museum. Brady had fun digging for dino bones.

Wednesday August 4th: 8 a.m. family pictures. I really hope they turn out! Later that day we went to This is the Place Heritage Park in Salt Lake. The weather was kinda crummy so we only stayed for a couple hours. I really wanted to see Ashley and Morgans new apartment in Provo so Joe and I took the kids there for a little bit. It was fun to hang out with Ashley. She was my "husband" or "baby holder" most days. I need her to come live with me, she was very useful.
Thursday August 5th:
Went to the local Fire Station. The kids loved the jet skis and the cool fire trucks. Then we went to
Everybody's Barn to see some cute ponies. That night we went to Mandi's parents home to eat and play in the sprinklers.

Friday August 6th: We went to the Bingham Canyon Mine Brady was kinda crazy and Connor just wanted to eat. Not very fun for me but it was cool to see the huge mine. Joe and I took the kids to the Rodizio Grill for lunch. Lets just say that was a waist of 40 bucks. Brady was a monster. I mean absolute monster. Connor was screaming so I was trying to feed him (I'm still not the best at breastfeeding in public) at the same time Brady was screaming and trying to walk on the table. After 20 minutes of screaming kids and only 2 pieces of meat we left. I had a major meltdown on the way home because I was extremely tired from the lack of sleep and we have waited two years to go there. Joe went shooting with his brothers after lunch. He was gone for 4 hours. Brady and Connor had a couple meltdowns and I also had my 2nd meltdown. We were happy when Joe came back. Saturday August 7th: Drove to Rexburg Id. to visit with my side of the family. We had a big family BBQ. This was the first time my family has seen Brady and Connor. Here is some pictures of my G-pa and G-ma Bell with Brady and Connor. Sunday August 8th: Visited with my Grandma Howell. It was great to see her! She loved holding baby Connor. Joe went and hung out with his friends in Rexburg. 7 hours later he came home. We didn't talk much that night, needless to say I wasn't too happy. At least he got to hang out with friends.

Monday August 9th: Drove to Spokane Wa. to stay at Joes sister Sandy's house. We have been wanting to go and visit them for months. Brady had fun playing with her kids.

August 10th and 11th:Drove to my parents house in Auburn. Brady sick. No sleep for anyone. all a blur.

August 12th: Finally home in Oak Harbor. Very very very glad to be home. Nothing beats a pillow-top king bed after a week and a half of vacation.

Overall the vacation was great. Seeing family was much needed and so much fun! Next reunion hopefully I will get more sleep ( I will not have a newborn)!

Here are some other cute pics...Casey you might think some of these look familiar, that's because I stole them from your blog. Hope you don't mind! I make cute babies

Ha ha ha! I don't mind. Most of them are of your kids any way! :) I wish I had remembered to bring my camera to the fire station!
